Gov. Branstad says now's the time to prepare for storm season. The Governor, according to KCCI, says planning in advance is vital. On that list the governor says have a family plan for what to do when a storm hits, including places they can go if their home is hit. He also says every family should have an emergency kit ready to go, with several days worth of food, water, and first aid gear.
