Former state rep. Ed Fallon admitted violating the State Capitol curfew when he was busted at an Occupy Iowa protest last October, but a Polk County jury today still found him not guilty of misdemeanor trespassing. The Des Moines Register reported Fallon's the first of 15-people due to stand trial for violating that curfew. Occupy Des Moines issued a statement calling for those all those charges to be dropped.
