A ground breaking ceremony today for the expansion of the John Deere plant in Ankeny. KCCI reports the company's adding a new production line. The expansion carries a $113-million price tag, and is expected to add 400-jobs. The Iowa Economic Development Authority approved a capital investment of $68 million.
