A Polk County Judge's convicted Michael Lomax, Jr. guilty of on one count of vehicular homicide and three counts of causing serious injury by vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Lomax faces a max 45-years in prison when sentenced in May. He was the driver of a car that slammed into an SUV at SE 14th and Hartford last August, killing 17-year old Jennifer Garcia and seriously injuring four others
