Gov. Branstad says Hy-Vee's changed its' mind about 'pink slime.' A company spokesperson tells the Des Moines Register the company will use the low fat beef trimmings, and will post signs in stores identifying ground beef which has the product and ground beef that does. Hy-Vee decided to keep products with 'pink slime,' after hearing from Branstad and customers who wanted to supported a local business that makes it.
