Iowa Farmland Value Keeps Climbing

Iowa farmland value's gained about 11% in the last 6 months, and analysts say the reason is continued strong commodities prices. KCCI reports a real estate agents survey has the price averaging about $9500/acre. In addition to high commodity prices, low interest rates are another factor in the continuing rise in value.
