Some Pella schools have teamed on a new round of near-space experiments. Students from Pella Community Schools, Pella Christian High School and Pella Home School have developed, engineered and built their own experiments over the past eight months. The tests will fly into near space as part of the Pella Exploring Near Space, or PENS, program. KCCI reports the first flight's set for 9a.m. April 3, depending on the weather.
