The 13-year old Osage boy in suspected of shooting and killing his 37-year old mother may have tried to do more. KCCI reports Mitchell County court documents say the boy intended "to commit sexual abuse and cause serious injury to" his mother. The woman's body was found in her home Saturday. The 13-year olds in the North Iowa Juvenile Detention Center.
