Windsor Heights City Council's got a public hearing tonight on their proposed fiscal 2013 budget, which the Des Moines Register reports would raise property taxes about $1.85. They're also going to consider a contract with Gatso USA, a maker of automated traffic enforcement gear, to install traffic cameras over I-235 between 63rd and 73rd Streets. The meeting starts at 6 at City hall.
