29-year-old Henry Rogers of Cedar Rapids was sentenced to 2-years in prison today. He's the man who punched 35-year old Dustin Davis last July. Davis fell, hit his head on the pavement, and died the next day. KCCI reports Rogers plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter last month. His sentence includes paying restitution of close to $17-thousand.
