A Bank of America was robbed Thursday afternoon for the second time in 2 weeks. 23-year-old Philip Watts walked into the bank and gave the teller a note and was able to walk away with cash. But police made quick work of finding him and recovered the money. Watts is now charged with burglary and larceny.
