Court Rules Punishment for Strip Searching Students Confidential

Iowa Supreme Court's decided disciplinary action taken against two Atlantic school employees who strip searched five students in 2009 is confidential under open records laws. The students were searched to find $100 reported missing by another student. The employees’ names were released but the school claimed discipline is part of confidential personnel records and private.
