Whole Foods first Iowa store opened this morning in West Des Moines, and KCCI reports there were 100-people lined up in the parking lot waiting to get in. The store's at 4100 University Avenue. A Whole Food spokesperson says they'll provide natural, organic and gourmet foods that are free of artificial ingredients and hydrogenated fats. There'll be first week special events and sales.
