Police think they have the man who allegedly fired several shots at Ankeny's Police Headquarters in April. 20-year old Quincy Martin, who's already in the Polk County Jail, is now charged with terrorism, criminal mischief and discharge of a firearm inside city limits. An Iowa DCI report says a shell casing found at the scene matched a gun Martin was in possession of at the time of the shooting.
