Kids in grades K-12 are invited to a free back-to-school health fair Wednesday, from from 1 to 6:30 p.m. at East High School, 815 E. 13th St. The Des Moines Register reports there'll be physicals, immunizations, and dental screenings. A Parent or guardian must accompany the student, and you'll need to bring their immunization records. You'll also be able to fill out health and dental insurance applications and sign up for food assistance.
