A one-year-old boy ran into a driving lane at the Clifton Park Center Mall yesterday morning and was struck by a car. The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says the boy escaped his parents and ran into the path of a car driven by a 23-year-old male. The child's injuries are not life threatening and no one is being charged.
