West Des Moines PD's looking for several suspects in a new retail scam-swapping the bar or UPC codes from cheaper items to more expensive ones. The Des Moines Register reports there've been at least two cases where thieves took the UPC code from an $80 Blu-ray players and attached it to a $980 computer. One man's already been arrested and charged with theft.
