A judge is expected to rule next week on the request for a delay, the fifth,. in start of Kevin Dalasta's trial. He's charged with 2-counts of vehicular homicide in a 2010 Ankeny car crash that killed Carson and Claire DeJoode. His attorney says his client's still recovering from major surgery in March, and right now can't assist in his own defense. They're asking for a November trial date.
