The Polk County Sheriff's still trying to figure out how a man ans two children fell out of their boat on Saylorville Lake yesterday. 40-year old Eric Scott of Urbandale drowned, but a passing boater spotted the two children in the water. Both were wearing life vests. They believe the 10-year old boy and 6-year old girl, had been in the water for as long as 30-minutes when they were found.
