Tracy Nesbitt-Wright of Grimes had a double mastectomy today at Methodist Medical Center She was 30-weeks pregnant with twin girls, when doctors informed her she had breast cancer. The girls were born July 19th. Her husband tells KCCI they found cancer in lymph nodes near a tumor, but they don't believe it's spread. They expect test results back Thursday, but think Nesbitt-Wright's cancer is Stage II.
