66 of 99 counties in Iowa are under burn bans. Jasper, Crawford, Madison, O'Brien counties joined the long list Friday, banning all outdoor burning without permission. So far Dallas and Polk County are not under burning bans. The bans are expected to stay in effect until drought conditions improve.
