Gov. Branstad's testifying before the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness Thursday. He's expected to voice his opposition to U.S> Air Force plans to cut the F-16 aircraft at the Des Moines-based 132nd Fighter Wing of the Iowa Air National Guard.
