Iowa DOT crews have been busy dealing with blowups on area highways. KCCI reports they're worried about any bumps or heaves that appear on a road, but they could get worse and turn into a blowup..where the pavement rises up in a spot it's not support to. Dozens of repairs have been made to roads in the DM Metro, and that's basically trying to mill down the raised section until permanent repairs can be made.
