60-year old Robert Vitera's a lucky man. He's in stable condition at Mercy Medical after someone hit his bicycle from behind, knocking him into a ditch. It happened along Hubbell Avenue near 34th Street NW in Altoona around 11:15 last night. Vitera was able to walk to a local business for help.
