You can meet the four finalists for West Des Moines Police Chief during a meet and greet Friday, from 8 to 9a.m. at City Hall. The Des Moines Register reports the finalists are Shaun LaDue of Owatonna, Minn.; J.C. Paez of Algonquin, Ill.; Alfonso Pizzano of Smithtown, N.Y.; and Marti Reilly of Sioux City . The candidates will then be interviewed by panels made up of community members and others. The new chief could start in September.
