A bottle under pressure exploded at the Monsanto plant in Ankeny early this afternoon. Ankeny Fire Chief Rex Mundt tells the Des Moines Register the bottle apparently ruptured during a chemical process from being over pressurized. One employee was taken to a hospital concerned she might have been exposed to chemical vapors. She's already out of the hospital.
