State Police have identified the body recovered in the Mohawk River yesterday. Richard Bennet, a 41-year-old man from Galway, was also determined to be the driver who fled from a traffic stop Thursday night. An autopsy determined the cause of death to be from drowning and the death was ruled accidental.
