Thirty-five Des Moines elementary schools will use Midwest Dairy Council grants to promote physical activity and healthy choices in the coming school year. The $41,000 in grants is from the Fuel Up to Play 60 program which encourages kids to eat nutrient-rich foods and clock at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
