The 20-year old Essex woman sent to prison for 2-counts of vehicular homicide for a head on crash that killed two boys in 2010 is out of prison. Karli Brown was speeding, texting and passing in a no-passing zone at the time of the crash, and given 10-years. That was changed yesterday to 5-years supervised probation. A prosecutor says he's not surprised, calling the crash 'gross neglect,' and adding the judge wanted her to see the inside of a prison.
