Parents of an Iowa boy who died in January now face criminal charges. Newton Police say 24-year old Joseph Olea's been charged with first-degree murder and child endangerment resulting in death. 24-year old Chelsea Miller's charged with child endangerment resulting in death. Authorities alleged the father used unreasonable force on his son. The mom's charged because she allowed Olea to be a caregiver, even though she knew of his violent tendencies.
