Authorities are trying to determine what led to this afternoon's water rescue at Saylorville Lake. KCCI reports rescuers first responded to a spot near the Mile Long Bridge, and then the Sandpiper Boat Ramp. One man was medivaced to Methodist Medical Center. Two children were also involved, but weren't hurt.
