A family fishing day on Little Wall Lake today's turned into a police investigation after a woman spotted a shoe in the water. She grabbed it and found it attached to part of a leg and a pair of khaki's. KCCI reports the Hamilton County Sheriff's had the partially decomposed body taken to the state medical examiner's office.
