28-year-old Brandon Singleton pleaded guilty today to misdemeanor drug possession charges. The ex-Des Moines cop was fired after being caught in his patrol car with pot and methamphetamine. He was sentenced to a years probation, and under a deferred judgment, if he completes it successfully, the charges could be removed from his record.
