A Cedar Rapids police officer's been charged with third degree burglary after investigators say he took two dogs from a house, not her own. KCCI reports 36-year old Robyn Obadal was arrested at police headquarters today. The incident happened over the weekend. She's been freed on bond, and the department's put her on administrative leave pending an internal review.
