22-year old Spencer Sisco's been charged with stealing LED lights from the High Trestle Trail Bridge. According to KCCI, Sisco's admitted stealing at least 4 of the lights. 15 were damaged or stolen. The Boone County Sheriff's Office and conservation officers are working to increase security on the new bridge. The bridge opened in April as part of the Ankeny to Woodward trial.
