Michael Swanson was sentenced to life in prison by a judge today for last years robbery/murder of store clerk Sheila Myers. Prosecutors asked that the robbery count run consecutive to the life sentence, telling the court it's the least we can do with the defendant's complete lack of remorse. The judge agreed. Swanson was smiling when the judge described Myers murder. Swanson must also pay $150,000 in restitution to the Sheila Myers heirs.
