Grassley Questions Justice Dept. Over Porn Viewing Attorney

Sen. Charles Grassley's asked Attorney General Eric Holder why the Justice Department declined to prosecute an Assistant U.S. Attorney the agency's inspector general says had porn on his work computer. The IG report, out in May, says the attorney admitted spending a substantial part of every day viewing porn. Disciplinary action's still pending against the unidentified attorney, and Grassley says he'd also like to know why the attorney's still on the government payroll.
