The lawyer who won David Flores a new trial in a 1996 murder Flores claims he did not commit, says she won't be able to represent him as he heads back into court this year. Mary Kennedy says representing Flores, in his new trial, will cost thousands that his family can't pay. Kennedy's she sent in court papers asking to withdraw as the 34-year-old's private defense attorney. Kennedy tells KCCI it's the hardest thing, but I'm at the end of my rope.
