Tonya Scott spent part of her Sunday in the Polk County Jail. The 41-year old was in Des Moines bar district early that morning when mounted police came through to clear a crowd in front of 101 Lounge. Police say Scott grabbed the tail of one of the horses and gave it a yank. She was charged with interfering with official acts.
