U.S. Sec of Education in Iowa

U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, says the frustrations of teachers in Iowa are the same as teachers all across the country. Duncan, speaking at the two day education summit at Hy-Vee Hall today, says he's trying to fix one of the major headaches created for teachers with No Child Left Behind. He says the law's "way too punitive, and way too prescriptive, and we can't have a law that's in the way of social change."
