Horse tail pulling a no-no

Pull a horse's tail, and wind up in jail...that's a lesson learned by a Des Moines woman who thought she'd give one a yank outside a bar early Sunday morning. Problem was, it was a police horse, and his rider was doing some crowd clearing. Which is why Tonya Scott was charged with interference of official acts.
