A federal judge has ordered a state inspection of Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines and its affiliates. The federal order was issued after regulators found an issue with patient monitoring. Noone's talking publicly about what the problem is. According to ABC5, a hospital spokesperson says inspectors will be coming in to approve all the suggested changes that were ordered after a May visit.
