A new report from the Iowa Department of Economic Development says the state exported just over $7 billion in agriculture products last year. State Agriculture Secretary Bill Northey tells KCCI Iowa's still the #2 state for exports with corn soybeans, and meat leading the way. The USDA, says that as of 2009, $1 billion in U.S. agricultural exports required 8,400 American jobs.
