Iowa's Education Department's out with a new report, saying schools need to set high standards for learners and staff classrooms with effective teachers that can turn students into innovators to get back to the top in education. According to the Des Moines Register, the report says without major changes, Iowa will struggle to attract new businesses because it won't have the skilled workers to fill jobs.
