Iowa's Court of Appeals has upheld the murder conviction of Michelle Kehoe, the Coralville woman who drove her two sons to a pond near Littleton and cut their throats, killing one of them. She claimed her defense lawyer was ineffective. The court didn't agree. Kehoe's serving a life term for killing her 2 year old son in 2008, and 25-years for attacking her then 7 year old son Sean.
