A sex offender plans to plead guilty in federal court Friday to charges he defrauded the government by collect social security benefits. KCCI reports Robert Wilberding was in prison at the time the benefits were paid to an unnamed co-conspirator, who'd agreed not to tell Social Security the truth. Prosecutors say the co-conspirator collected over $66-grand in benefits intended for Wilberding.
