New Left-Turn Traffic Signals Going Statewide

Left-turn signals. at intersections statewide are about to change. Some intersections, including a few here in Des Moines have already switched to the new flashing yellow arrow left turn lights. The change's coming because Federal Highway Administration has adopted the flashing yellow arrow as a national standard.
