A West Des Moines toddler is back with her family after she was found wandering alone the 2200 block of EP True Parkway yesterday morning. Police said the reunion happened after officers spent nearly eight hours of searching for girl's parents. A passing couple saw the girl outwalking in her pajamas. She only spoke Spanish; they only spoke English. Police said officers turned the child over to the Department of Human Services then began canvassing the neighborhood for the parents.
