Orascom Construction Industries will has decided to build the largest every project in Iowa, a fertilizer plant, worth $1.4-billion. The Egypt based firm's also buying The Weitz Co., the state's biggest construction company. State and Lee County officials have agreed to give Orascom an incentive package for bringing the fertilizer plant here that could eventually total $251 million.
