A Polk County judge has rejected a request for a new trial from Anthony Bertolone. He's the ex Drake student convicted of drugging, then sexually assaulting one of his Chi fraternity brothers. Bertolone was sentenced to 20-years. His attorney's say the victim's medical records suggest he may have lied about visiting mental health professionals.
